DMK ABOGADOS offers specialized advice in this field in connection with obtainment of concessions, permits, licenses and other kinds of authorizations necessary to provide public telecommunication services in Dominican Republic. Thus, the firm provides assistance in interconnection agreements negotiations between companies and the telecommunications regulation entity, INDOTEL, as well as in procedures of public consultations on regulations, resolutions and rules complementing the General Telecommunications Law. Our practice also covers representation before the Board Entities of INDOTEL for the resolution of disputes between telecommunications companies, and, at the same time, it provides advice on contractual issues for the provision of different services as provided by Law.
