Albin Subervi
Albin Subervi focuses his practice on Mining, Telecommunication, Real Estate Law and Energy. He has experience in negotiating and drafting contracts such as purchase and lease agreements, obtaining exploration and exploitation licenses, expert in environmental regulations and establishing domicile in the Dominican Republic. His experience extends to filing applications and obtaining permits with the Renewable Energy regulatory bodies.
He is a member of the College of Lawyers of the Dominican Republic, International Comparative Law of Latin America (COLADIC), Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and the Dominican Mining Chamber (DMC).
