Under the guidance of Enrique De Marchena Kaluche, she heads the Intellectual Property Department. She is also an integral member of the Tourism and Environmental Department along with her colleagues Juan Mejía and Nathalie Santos.

Member of the Latin American Council of International and Comparative Law (COLADICRD), member of the Dominican Association of Property Intellectual (ADOPI);  member of Projuventud; organizer in 2010 Final Round ELSA MOOT COURT COMPETITION (EMC2); instructor of the participating team in 2010 of Philip C.JESSUP INTERNATIONAL LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION; participant in 2009; the PHILIP C. JESSUP INTERNATIONAL LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2004; participant in Model United Nations in the Northern Region (MNURN) involved in the year 2004 Model United Nations of the Americas (MNULA) and participant in 2003 Model United Nations in the Northern Region (MNURN).
