Ms. Contreras join our Professional Staff in 2011, reinforcing the Department of Corporate Finance, led by Ms. Llilda Solano.

Corporate Attorney with experience in the Judiciary. She is credited as legal translator at the National Judicial College. She specializes in Corporate and Commercial Business Law.

Education:

Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (2009),
International Business Partner at Tompkins Cortland Community College Ithaca, New York,
Master in International Business Law at ESADE in Barcelona Spain (2010).  

Highlights:

She has worked in the processing and creation of corporate partnerships, and was the First Assistant of The Civil and Commercial Chamber of the Court of First Instance, where she was responsible for preparing files for fault, attendance at hearings and investigation of case law and applicable law to cases.
